Charles Rubin is an internationally recognized technology writer. He has written more than a dozen books about computer technology, including Guerrilla Marketing Online, The Little Book of Computer Wisdom, The Macintosh Bible Guide to FileMaker Pro, The Macintosh Bible Guide to ClarisWorks, The Macintosh Bible "What Do I Do Now?" Book, and Running Microsoft Works. His books have been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of readers worldwide, and have been translated into nearly a dozen languages.
In 1983, Charles began his writing and consulting career as an editor at Personal Computing magazine, where a story he wrote about Apple Computer was the first computer magazine article ever nominated for a National Magazine Award. Since then, his work has appeared in most major computing and many business magazines and newspapers, including PC Week, PC World, MacWorld, MacWeek, InfoWorld, Datamation, The Wall Street Journal, Popular Science, and Newsweek.
In 1989, Charles began creating publicity and marketing communications programs for a host of major clients, including Apple Computer, Compaq, Intel, Microsoft, Schlage Lock Co., Sun Microsystems, The Semiconductor Industry Association, Visa International, and Xerox.
